I have been coming here for several years and drinks have always been good 8/10 times I come. Cajun is great if you like a bold coffee taste and hints of other flavors in the back (such as the fall flavors) My only feedback is drinks are not consistent with flavor. Some days my drink taste super sweet, other days it's watered down. My drinks sometimes come out hot on the bottom and cold on top for iced drinks. And there are times I can just tell by the color of the drink if its going to be good or not. There are certain workers that I already know if they make my drink it's not going to be very good and ones I know that if they make my drink it's going to turn out great. Brook the new owner and one of the original girls from the previous owners make my drinks really good, I've never gotten a bad drink from them. What ever yall do, pass it on to the team please!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Found my new favorite coffee stop right off Potranco with Cajun Coffee Shack. It’s not just a coffee truck — it’s the place people line up for, starting 5 AM and going strong until the traffic flow calms. From the moment I pulled up, you could tell this was something different. The owner was amazing — passionate, welcoming, and genuinely excited to chat and serve. Seeing customers wrap around the parking lot onto Potranco confirmed I was far from the only one who starts their morning grind here. They do way more than just coffee. Their menu is vast, creative, and flavorful. I’d be doing a disservice by not shouting out all the options they offer. True disrupters in the coffee game. ☕🔥

First time here. We got a variety of drinks for our family, and they were all great! I'm originally from NOLA, and the king cake latte was spot-on!

Awesome local coffee spot! It was recommended to us and DID NOT disappoint! I feel like a lot of the popular coffee shops are on the other side of SATX but Cajun Coffee is even better and without the drive. We’ve tried multiple lattes, teas and breakfast items and all are great. We’ve also sat at their picnic tables and one of the owners came out to greet us. He was friendly and welcoming and even remembered us on our next visit.

Thank you for making my little man’s birthday extra special with your cute bear cup unicorn milk! He LOVES it! And my strawberry cheesecake matcha is AMAZING! Grilled Canadian croissant … deliciousness in a box!!! Yum!!

Took my mother in law here for the first time and she loved it, especially the cinnamon roll coffee (she stocked up 4 cups for the day). We came back again today and the breakfast was just as delicious. Fast drive-thru and amazing service! Luvvv

Best chai latte on the west side of town! They have several milk alternatives and lots of sugar free sweetener options for those that need. They always have soy milk when lots of other places will run out. When they are busy on the weekends, they open the 2nd lane for ordering. It is all drive through, so no order ahead option, but they are very efficient with some people outside taking orders and some inside preparing drinks. There are some small bite type options as well. There is a rewards system where you get $3 off for every 10 points earned. When they aren't too busy, I also will use my own cup!

Our very first time stopping by and service was great. We didn’t feel rushed on ordering and staff had great knowledge to the menu. The coffee 🤌🏼 great! My wife said “ yes , definitely coming back “ Didn’t get to try the food but will make our way back again !

I stopped by The Cajun Coffee Shack today and tried their coffee. It was fantastic! The flavor was rich, smooth, and had that perfect kick I needed to start my day. The shop has a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the staff were super friendly and quick with service. Definitely one of the better spots I’ve visited for coffee, and I’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great coffee and a relaxed atmosphere.

I always order an Iced Caramel Macchiato, and it is ALWAYS SO GOOD! I love their customer service, and everyone is always so sweet to me and my pups! Greeting with a smile always! This is my go to coffee shack, over all the ones i’ve been to. The owners are also SUCH nice people, with beautiful energy!💚Always a good experience with Cajun!! :)
